| Bob was killed in a motorcylce accident in Renton Washington. Born in Eugene Oregon, moved to Spokane in 1948. Graduated from Lewis and Clark High School and Washington State University. He moved to the Kent area and was a manager for a insulation contractor. Survived by his wife, Betty Kay, two daughters, Tami Sue Hickam and Cynthia Kay Hickam both of Issaquah Washington Mother Willabelle Godfrey of Spokane. Father Harold Hickam of Washougal Washington. One sister Carole Swensen of Spokane and his grandmother Anna Brunton of Spokane.
