| Shirley was born on August 16, 1937 and passed away on March 29, 2013 in Bellevue, Washington. She is survived by her two daughters, Deborah L. Davison and husband Pat of Spokane, Washington and Julie K. Tuttle (Clouse) and husband Jeff of Bellevue Washington. Son, Richard S. Van Riper and wife Stephanie of Port Orchard, Washington. One sister, Dorothy (Bobby) Lutzko of Spokane. Seven grandchildren and one great grandson. She was preceded in death by her husband Bill (Clarence) A. Van Riper and son Robert Steven Van Riper.
