| Merlyn, of Spokane, Washington, went home to his Lord Jesus on January 25, 2021. He was surrounded by family
after experiencing an unexpected heart attack from which he never awoke. Merlyn is survived by his wife of 65 years, Dottie Calvert, as well as children,
Connie (Dan) McLaughlin and Chris (Michele) Calvert, six grandchildren: Ben, Peter, and Chris McLaughlin, and Charis, Cadence, and Connor Calvert. He also
loved and considered Abby, Ellie, Emily, and Peter Mikiska as additional grandchildren. Merlyn leaves his sister, Carrie Brown and a brother,
Maylon Anderson plus many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by daughters, Kimmy Lee Calvert age 11 (1968), Kiersti Ann Calvert stillborn (1962)
and Carrie Christine Calvert - stillborn (1969).
