McINNIS, Maxine Ann (Hoffman)

Maxine passed away on January 15, 2016 from what doctors determine as "Natural Causes" at 78. Survived by her four children Larry Reynolds and Crystal Reynolds Mason, from a former marriage to Harlyn Reynolds now deceased, Zane Hoffman and Rhonda Hoffman from her later marriage to Douglas Hoffman, now deceased. Also twelve grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
