Hal was born August 15, 1938 in Spokane, Washington and passed away on February 24, 2012. Survived by his children, MaryAnne (Randy) Vigil, Elizabeth Bissonnette (John) Camastro, Chad Swenson, Gordon Provinsal, Sally (Craig) Branvold, Kathy (Glenn) Wagemann and Torre Swenson, fourteen grandchildren, two brothers Keith Swenson and Don Swenson, sister, Linda White.
