BASINGER, Jo Anne (Tracy)

JoAnne passed away on December 31, 2014 just before the new year. She was born on August 14th, 1939 in Sheridan KS. to Freda and Maurice Basinger. JoAnne graduated from Lewis and Clark High School after moving to Spokane with family. She retired from the Post Office where she worked for 20 years. JoAnne is survived by her husband of 25 years Pat; her daughter Deborah and son Shawn, two grandchildren Jayme and Chelsea, brothers Don and Max, sisters Joyce and Ruthann.
