Bell, USN (Ret.), her children, Peter Spoerl (Elka Karl) and Monika Wiener (Ben), her stepchildren Neil Lowin (Tess Harrington), Peter Lowin (Mary), Amy Lowin (Kalen Thomas), Colin Lowin (Stephanie), Nikki Lowin (Eric Roach), and her many beloved grandchildren.
