COUCHMAN, William Richard

Bill was born on Kaua'i Hawaii on September 8, 1939 and passed away on September 3, 2022. Survived by his wife Christine, daughter Sidney Schultz of Seattle and brother Robert (Barbara) Couchman of Phoenix, AZ. He retired from the State of Hawaii/ Power Operator Leeward.
