| Diane was born on March 21, 1945 in Long Beach, California to Raymond L. Barr and Eleanor Breyfogle. Diane passed away on July 15, 2013 after a seven year battle with cancer. Diane was preceded in death by her husband, Merle Norris of Libby, Montana. She is survived by her siblings, Michael (Darlene) Barr, Spokane, Washington, Terry Barr, Colorado Springs, CO, Colleen (Larry) Anderson, Tukwila, WA, Kevin Foley, Spokane, WA, grandaughter, Heather (Zack) Huguenin, two great-grandchildren, Landon and Leah Huguenin, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
