| Phyl was born on December 25, 1944, Christmas Day to Nicholas Bone and Jewell M. Martin. She attended Lweis and Clark then transfered to Cheney High School. She passed away on June 27, 2014. Survivors include her husband of 36 years, Richard, step-daughter Chris Rudolph (Kirkland), sisters Joy Ledgerwood (Spokane), Jean Davies (Port Townsend), Vi Martin (Spokane), and Linda Nicki Bennett (Lake Oswego, OR) "adopted" sister Mary Ellen Julian (Spokane), and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. Preceding her in death besides her parents, are her brothers, Virgil, Kenny, Phillip and Bruce Martin, sister Betty Meyers Koch, nephew Michael Meyers and her in-laws, Helen and Harold Rudolph.
