MUNDY, John Gilbert "Scotty"

Scotty was born on March 12, 1945 and passed away from Vascular Disease on June 17, 2016. He is survived by his wife, Sherry, his daughters, Sindy (Ryan) Maxwell and Shannon Bergstrom, son, Justin (Christi) Bergstrom, by five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
